How does it work?
The device runs 7 spinning cutting heads driven by a 3.7V lithium motor. Multiple heads sit across the face at the same time, following the contours of the jaw and neck together, which means fewer passes over any one patch of skin and less repeated dragging that causes irritation. It runs cordless for up to 90 minutes per USB charge, and the same head layout handles both a bald scalp and the face.
How is this different from a cheaper alternative?
Most razors cut one narrow strip at a time, so you go over the same patch again and again. The GlideTrim runs seven heads that move with your jaw and neck together, so you cover the same area in fewer passes.

How long will it take to receive my delivery?
We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, it will typically arrive within 6-9 business days, depending on your location.

Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
Think your order might be lost in transit? Although Australia Post usually takes 6 to 9 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.

At this time, we only deliver our products to customers in Australia.

How do I use a discount code?
